 NEW FOR 2009

I had two paintings accepted into the Southeastern Pastel Society's OPen exhibition at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art in Marietta Georgia. My painting 'Make a Wish' was on the promotional postcard.

My painting of my two Siamese cats, Tobi & Maya, was accepted into the National show of the Southern Appalachian Artists Guild. The show is in Blue Ridge Georgia until November.

My painting 'After the Storm' was accepted into 'Georgia Artists' a juried exhibition at the Abernathy Arts Center in Atlanta. The Opening Reception will be May 1st.

I participated in my first plein air paintout in April in Blue Ridge Georgia. My painting 'Forsythia Path' won 3rd place. Great fun!

I am excited to share that my painting 'Dance of the Wildflowers' won an Exceptional Merit award at the Southeastern Pastel Society's 2009 Members' Exhibition.  The show was juried by Greg Biolochini. It was a great show and I am honored to have my work recognized.
